CUHK Dance Medicine is under the umbrella of the Orthopaedic department's Sports Medicine Team led by Prof Patrick Yung.

 

Dr Samuel Ling orchestrates the Dance Medicine Research Clinic which provides medical care to Dancers and is also the platform for Dance-related Clinical Research.

Working in close collaboration with the HK Association of Dance Medicine and Science (HKADMS), our team believes that 'Science strengthens the Art' and our goal is to promote healthy dancing via excellent clinical care and translational scientific research.

Our clinic, in collaboration with the HK Association of Dance Medicine and Science (HKADMS), has supported dancers from prominent institutions such as the HK Ballet, Disneyland, CCDC, Academy of Performing Arts etc...

We are currently expanding our service scope to reach beyond professional dancers because we believe everyone should have access to high-quality healthcare.
